Creating Communities: Land Division

Finding unused and undervalued urban land and dividing it into smaller plots can be a profitable business opportunity. This strategy involves purchasing land and then selling or leasing the individual plots to developers, businesses, or individuals. One idea could be to create market gardens on the land and lease them out to locals. This can create multiple revenue streams, such as lease income from the market gardens, as well as appreciation of the land’s value over time.

Additionally, creating market gardens can also provide fresh produce for local communities and support sustainable agriculture.
